Marketing site terms

These terms govern use of the ThingCore Studio marketing website and its free resources. The ThingCore product, partner account, billing, credits, client workspaces, and paid services are governed by the terms shown during signup or otherwise agreed in writing.

Informational resources

Industry playbooks, calculators, pitches, offers, follow-ups, and other resources are general examples. They are not legal, tax, financial, or professional advice and may not fit your market, client, costs, or obligations. You are responsible for reviewing and adapting them.

No earnings, client, or performance guarantee

ThingCore does not guarantee customers, leads, sales, revenue, profit, retention, usage, or any return on a subscription. Calculator results are based entirely on user-entered assumptions and exclude many operating costs. The partner disclosure is incorporated into these terms.

Accurate representation

You may not misrepresent ThingCore capabilities, partner status, pricing, customer outcomes, or your relationship with ThingCore. Do not use fabricated testimonials, altered performance data, deceptive scarcity, guaranteed-income claims, or unauthorized client brands in your sales activity.

Resource license

You may use and adapt the free sales-kit text in your own legitimate ThingCore sales activity. You may not resell the resource library as a standalone product, remove required disclosures, use ThingCore trademarks in a misleading way, or imply endorsement beyond your actual partner status.

Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, scrape the site at abusive volume, impersonate others, or submit confidential credentials or unlawful content.
