Privacy policy

Last updated August 7, 2026.

ThingCore Studio is operated by ThingCore. This policy describes information collected on the ThingCore Studio marketing website. Product accounts and client dashboards on ThingCore.ai may be governed by additional product privacy terms presented there.

Information you provide

When you submit a partner consultation, partner-kit, contact, or support form, we collect the fields you provide. Depending on the form, this can include your name, email, phone, company, website, target client market, business context, plan interest, and message.

Attribution and session information

The site may retain campaign parameters such as UTM values, referral codes, and advertising click identifiers in browser session storage so a form submission or signup can be attributed to the visit that produced it. Session storage normally clears when the browser session ends.

Optional analytics

The site asks before loading optional CRM analytics and tracking. If you decline, the marketing site remains usable. A HubSpot visitor token is included with a form submission only after analytics has been accepted. Choosing essential-only mode removes recognized first-party HubSpot visitor cookies and prevents that visitor token from being attached to later forms. Essential browser functions, such as remembering the consent choice and preserving campaign attribution during the session, may still operate.

How information is used

We use submitted information to respond, evaluate partner fit, recommend resources, support an existing account, understand acquisition channels, improve the site, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information through this site.

Service providers

Form submissions may be processed through HubSpot or another configured customer relationship system. Hosting, security, analytics, communications, and product providers may process limited information on ThingCore’s behalf under their applicable terms.

Data belonging to partner clients

The marketing site does not determine ownership or processing rules for a partner’s end-client data. Those responsibilities depend on the ThingCore product terms, the partner’s agreement with its client, configured integrations, and applicable law. Partners should not submit client secrets or sensitive customer records through marketing forms.

Choices and contact

You can decline optional analytics through the consent control, adjust browser storage settings, and request access, correction, or deletion where applicable by emailing studio@thingcore.ai.
