ThingCore Studio is the agency partner program operated by ThingCore. This page explains what we collect on this marketing site and how we use it. ThingCore Studio is a lead-capture and informational site; product accounts and dashboards live on ThingCore.ai and are governed by the ThingCore.ai privacy policy.
What we collect
When you submit the agency application, contact, or support forms, we collect the information you provide — such as your name, email, company name, website, and the details you share about your business. These submissions are processed through our CRM (HubSpot) so we can evaluate applications and respond to you.
Your clients’ data stays yours
Once approved, agency partners connect their own HubSpot account via OAuth inside ThingCore.ai. Data generated by your clients’ AI objects flows into your connected account, not a shared portal. We do not take ownership of your client relationships or their data.
Analytics & cookies
We use standard analytics and a CRM tracking cookie to understand how visitors use this site and to attribute form submissions. You can block cookies in your browser settings.
